The Ohio Higher Educational Facility Commission was created for the purpose of assisting independent, not-for-profit institutions of higher education finance the construction, renovation or rehabilitation of educational facilities through tax exempt bonds.

Announcement

The next scheduled meeting isNovember 18, 2009, to be held at the Ohio Board of Regents' offices in the Rhodes Towers, located at 30 E. Broad St. Columbus, OH 43215, on the 36th floor.

McCoy Hall, Marietta College, 2001

With the assistance of an OHEFC bond issue, Marietta College constructed a new residence hall, McCoy Hall, which opened in the fall of 2001. From 1968 through 2006, the Commission has authorized over 180 bond issues to assist the financing of hundreds of projects across 47 campuses in Ohio.
